Mark corresponded with me on a daily basis until I decided on the mini I wanted. Never pressurised always advised! His knowledge is endless and instilled the confidence that I had chosen the correct car for me.

1. Delivered what had been communicated and full explanation of service undertaken. 2. Offered good advice on use of brakes pads to avoid rust to extend their life. Example of sharing knowledge as an expert in motor trade. 3. Customer 1st always!
